FliKidz fills a critical educational gap by pairing hands-on arts instruction with consistent mentorship. Students strengthen problem-solving, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and social connection while developing a voice of their own.

Documentary campaign
Help Us Bring “I Survived” to Life
A student-led documentary telling the story of five young people who survived the Flint water crisis — produced entirely by FliKidz Arts Academy youth.
FliKidz did not receive external grant funding this year — every dollar comes from community supporters like you. Gifts cover production costs (January–Summer 2027) and the 2027 Summer Production Program, an 8-week youth film/media production camp launching June 2027.
