Nonprofit status
FliKidz Arts Academy is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Flint, Michigan. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a gift unless stated at the time of giving.
Receipts
An emailed confirmation is issued for every gift and serves as the donor's record for tax purposes. Donors who need an additional or annual statement may request one at info@flikidzartsacademy.com.
Monthly gifts and cancellation
Monthly gifts continue until cancelled. A monthly gift may be paused, changed, or cancelled at any time by emailing info@flikidzartsacademy.com or calling (810) 336-9474; changes take effect before the next scheduled charge.
Refunds
Gifts are generally final. A donation made in error or in a mistaken amount may be refunded when reported within 30 days of the transaction.
Use of funds
Contributions support free programming for Flint youth, including instruction, equipment, supplies, meals, transportation, mentorship, and wellness services. FliKidz Arts Academy directs funds where they serve students most effectively unless a gift is designated for a specific program.
Media and photo release
Photography and video from programs may appear in FliKidz Arts Academy materials, on this website, and in social media, with permission on file from each participant's parent or guardian. Media requests may be submitted through the Get Involved form.
Website use
Content on this website, including text, photography, and the FliKidz Arts Academy name and logo, belongs to the organization and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.
