Information collected
FliKidz Arts Academy collects only the information visitors choose to share. That includes the name, email address, phone number, areas of interest, and message submitted through the Get Involved form, the email address submitted for the newsletter, and the name, email, and gift amount associated with a donation.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, coordinate enrollment and volunteer placement, acknowledge donations, and send occasional program updates. FliKidz Arts Academy does not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and does not share it with outside organizations for marketing purposes.
Donations and payment details
Donations are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Card numbers and banking details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by FliKidz Arts Academy. Stripe's own privacy terms govern that information.
Youth participants and parental consent
Programs serve young people ages 12 to 17. A parent or legal guardian completes enrollment, media permission, and emergency information for every participant. The website is not designed for independent use by minors, and information about a young person should be submitted only by a parent or guardian.
Photography and video
Photographs and video shown on this website document real FliKidz programs and are published with permission on file. A parent, guardian, or participant may request removal of a specific image at any time.
Requests and removal
Anyone may request a copy of their information, correct it, unsubscribe from the newsletter, or ask for deletion by emailing info@flikidzartsacademy.com or calling (810) 336-9474. Requests are handled promptly.
